360 CLive puts your shop floor on your product page. A shopper taps one button, and someone standing in your store picks the item up and shows it to them — live, on camera, before they buy.

What it changes
Where both of those numbers come from.
The same minute of live looking moves both. A shopper who has actually seen the thing doesn't order two sizes to find out — and doesn't close the tab to think about it.
Reduce returns
A return usually starts as a question nobody answered — the colour was different, the scale was wrong, it wasn't what they had pictured. Answer it before the parcel ships and it never becomes a return, a refund, or a second delivery.
Increase conversions
The hesitation that ends in a closed tab is almost always one unanswered question. Someone in your store answers it in ninety seconds — on the page, while they are still deciding, with the buy button in front of them.
How to tell whether it worked
Switch it on for one group of products and leave it off for a comparable group. Same store, same season, same traffic. Then read two numbers on each group: the share of visitors who buy, and the share of orders that come back.
That comparison is worth more than any figure we could quote you, because it is measured on your catalogue and your customers. We would rather you ran it than took our word.
The gap
A photo can't answer the question they're actually asking.
Your best photography still leaves the important part unsaid. So they hesitate — or they order, and send it back.
"Is that the real colour?"
"How big is it, actually?"
"Will it fit me?"
Why a live look answers it and a photo can't
Every one of those questions is about the real object in real light, next to something the shopper recognises. A photograph is a decision someone else already made — one angle, one light, one moment.
A person holding the item can turn it over, put a hand next to it for scale, carry it to the window, and answer the question behind the question. That conversation is what a good shop assistant has always done. It just hasn't been available to someone shopping at eleven at night from their sofa.
For your customer
Three taps, and they're in your store.
They tap the button
It sits on your product page, right where they're already deciding. Nothing to install, no account to make.
Someone in the store answers
A live video call opens in a small window on the page. Your colleague picks the item up.
They see it and decide
Real colour, real size, real answers to their own questions — then they buy, on the same page they started on.
What the shopper needs
A browser. That's the whole list. The call opens inside your product page in a small window they can move around, so they keep the page — and the buy button — in front of them the entire time.
They can also start it from a QR code on a shelf or a window display, which turns a passer-by after closing time into a conversation the next morning.
For your store
You already have the two things this needs.
A shop with the stock in it, and a person who knows it. 360 CLive connects those to the people on your website.
Connect your store
Install it on your Shopify store and sign in. The button appears on your product pages.
Choose the products
Turn it on for one product, a handful, or your whole catalogue in a single action.
Say when you're there
Flip Available when someone's on the floor — or set your opening hours once and let it follow them.
Control
Nobody rings a bell in an empty shop.
The button only invites a customer in when someone is actually there to answer. You decide when that is.
What your customer sees when nobody's available
The invitation isn't there. They see your product page as it has always been — no dead button, no ringing into an empty room, nothing that makes your store look closed when it isn't.
Where it earns its place
Anywhere the real thing is the reason they came.
The higher the price, the more texture and colour matter, and the more expensive a return is — the more a minute of live looking is worth.
Where it doesn't help
Commodity items a customer has bought a hundred times, and anything where the photograph genuinely tells the whole story. If the real thing holds no surprises, nobody needs to look at it live — and we'd rather tell you that than sell you something you won't use.
